Iran , kidnapping and the US about to screw the world

Let us speak today of the things that have largely gone unreported

The Italian trial against dozens of CIA agents for the Bush administration’s rendition and torture policies? Perhaps the English labels on Iranian bombs? Or even the disturbing admission of some Texas state senators that they do not believe the earth revolves around the sun?

War and more war, but no details, nothing that shows more lives to be lost, more people adversely affected, keeping it broad and open but when you look for facts they are easily available and that is what troubles me. Kidnapping and lots of cases of it and to the idiotic minds out there its not even a crime, the defence of the american homeland out wieghs all things

This started in 93, snatches as they were known we

were operations to apprehend terrorists abroad, usually without the knowledge of and almost always without public acknowledgement of the host government.... 1993, was not the first but its a nice place to start as I get to attack clinton the White House Counsel, Lloyd Cutler, demanded a meeting with the President to explain how it violated international law. Clinton had seemed to be siding with Cutler until Al Gore belatedly joined the meeting, having just flown overnight from South Africa. Clinton recapped the arguments on both sides for Gore: Lloyd says this. Dick says that. Gore laughed and said, "That's a no-brainer. Of course it's a violation of international law, that's why it's a covert action. The guy is a terrorist. Go grab his ass."

Heres the official speak for yer

"If we do not receive adequate cooperation from a state that harbors a terrorist whose extradition we are seeking, we shall take appropriate measures to induce cooperation. Return of suspects by force may be effected without the cooperation of the host government, consistent with the procedures outlined in NSD-77, which shall remain in effect

"

Why the american gov hates the UN

1. No State Party shall expel, return ("refouler") or extradite a person to another State where there are substantial grounds for believing that he would be in danger of being subjected to torture.

2. For the purpose of determining whether there are such grounds, the competent authorities shall take into account all relevant considerations including, where applicable, the existence in the State concerned of a consistent pattern of gross, flagrant or mass violations of human rights.

There have been hundreds of cases and things are starting to unravel, bits and pieces of stories are turning in to bigger stories and it turns out that terrible things have gone on . Nerds in britain, plane spotters have been recording the movements of these planes

we have 23 CIA agents wanted in Italy for kidnapping an Egyptian cleric, is this the Euro's mixing openly and freely with the islamofacist threat or is it governments already procesecuting other legit terrorists of an arab like nature.

Spain to has requested US citizens to appear as has England, germany & france. I can imagine the typical responce they recieved theres a model. Whatever USUKdoes is legit. Like labelling all muslims as you know whats. Im sick of the bloody word. What we say is right just and the american way, england you can go get fucked but we need your 7000 troops. oh whats that your pulling out? fuck you to then.

So whats the official line from the US responding to mounting European concerns, Condi Rice said: "Renditions take terrorists out of action, and save lives," and she explained rendition is not unlawful. While Rice denied that the CIA used torture, of course shes fucking lying and knows it.

. torture and its fruits" could not be used in court. English law lord > Yank law lords. America agrees with this so it wont allow detainees to be tried

Rep. Ike Skelton D-Mo., who chairs the House Armed Services Committee, said he is concerned about whether military hearings offer detainees the legal protections and will launch a congressional review.

"The last thing that we would want is to convict an individual for terrorism and then have that conviction overturned because of fatal flaws in the Military Commissions law passed in the previous Congress," he said.

Jonathan Hafetz, an attorney at the Brennan Center for Justice, said the ruling sends the wrong message about justice to U.S. citizens and the international community.

"It's a terrible ruling that contradicts centuries of Anglo-American history and allows the indefinite detention of innocent people without charge or judicial review," he said.

The Iranian proposal for negotiations, which suggested that Iran was willing to consider far-reaching compromises on its nuclear program, relations with Hezbollah and Hamas and support for a Palestinian peace agreement with Israel as part of a larger peace agreement with the United States, has become a contentious issue between the Bush administration and its critics in and out of Congress.

One moment we see the trial of Dick Cheney's former deputy, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, revealing how the administration sought to discredit critics of the plans to invade Iraq; the next we see them discrediting critics of their plans to attack Iran. On one page, newly released documents reveal how the defence department contorted evidence to justify bombing Baghdad; on the next, the administration is using suspect evidence to justify bombing Iran

The administration, of course, denies this. Despite the fact it has ordered oil reserves to be stockpiled and has just sent a second aircraft carrier as well as more patriot missiles and minesweepers to the Gulf, they swear these allegations are groundless. Robert Gates, the new defence secretary, recently insisted: "I don't know how many times the president, secretary [of state Condoleezza] Rice and I have had to repeat that we have no intention of attacking Iran."

Dumb americans

Yes the World does think your stupid. Its not my fault, I dont think all yanks are dumb but you do go out of your way to prove it. Any time there is a camera around I do believe that the canadian and aussie clips revealing Chronic ignorance. Thats not the stuff I go looking for, I dont dig chomsky but he seems cleverer than me, Im happy to admit that. I just reckon his end results are not much of an advance to the human condition. Throw in the incredible intolerance, the vast fights for every reasonable human cause from blacks to gays your lot make yourself a laughing stock. I can find studies showing greater scientific understanding than japs or euros but idiots on the st are willing to quash that from the get go. I dont perform the studies revealing chronic ingnorance amongst the populace, the inability find ones own state on a map or even land mass on a globe let alone Iraq. There performed by Us comps and unis. not English, not by me, not officailly stated then advertised on major news networks. Its not me saying bush is the worst president in history dragging america to a status unknown in the modern world. a free police state, an invader, torturers, liars and malcontents. disscenting thought rendered improbable, illegal, anti american. America shows how well corporations can abuse a population, how easily it is to usurp freedom and people given enough drugs in the form of sugar, alcohol and left to fester sit back and shut up. Bush has led your nation in to a cesspit that upon further investigation the US has been in for decades. militaristic, interfering in forgien nations, giving military aid to the wrong people, any people sometimes. Selling weapons do the truly underserving and blaming the world when speaking out. Defending Israel from condemnation and arming the fuckers and you dont know whats going on Lets not talk about inside the nation that argues about creationism and how to prevent teen pregnancies, thank you for showing the world that lying to children wont stop them from fucking. Ridiculous court cases suing for millions because people feelings are hurt. Electing kkk members and having them represent the south is a nice touch anyone who will defend the right to own a gun. And then you try to tell the rest of the world gun control doesnt work or you elect NWO nuts to office, =============================================================== POLICE STATE Police actions using swat teams with no knock warrants increasing. This is not a threat to freedom, the loss of numorous rights still nothing, example after example of excessive force and its ok because the people are criminals. This kid had weed seeds and stems. and we have a SWAT team, in search of Demon Crack, that shoots a kid in the face after they wake him up. The kid was unarmed, there was no reason to shoot him. Sadly, these incidents are becoming all too common as a result of the War on (some) Drugs and use of no-knock raids and SWAT teams. Sadly also, there won’t be as much outrage to this incident as there was over the Kathryn Johnson and Sean Bell shootings because people have become desensitized over these killings. Luckily however the swat team is getting couciling for being gung hoe militaristic fuck heads with slippy trigger fingers. Even if the drug charges are true, this is a grade-A, prime-cut example of why using SWAT teams to serve nonviolent drug warrants is needlessly dangerous, reckless, violent, and confrontational. How hard is this to understand? When you take men with guns and charge into someone's home, you create violence. You leave very little margin for error. Of course, the police go in with ballistic shields, bulletproof vests, and helmets. So we know who catches the brunt of the errors when they happen. The national media hasn't picked up on this story, yet. Even the blogs have been quiet, at least in comparison to the Kathryn Johnston case. No one seemed to care much when police shot innocent Isaac Singletary to death a couple of weeks ago, either. Nationally people do not care there own kind and I can prove it happens all over the world but the way americans bend over and let themselves be taken but believe other things is laughable. If that's true, how sad. How incredibly fucking sad if the idea of a 17-year-old kid getting gunned down in his own bed in the name of preventing people from getting high is no longer capable of making us angry. And how incredibly fucking scary. Lets jump on to the further drugs war two undercover officers trespassed onto 82 fucking years old Isaac Singletary's property. They then invited criminals onto his property to engage in criminal activity with them. Mr. Singletary, recognizing the trespassers as drug dealers, then properly demanded they leave. He brought a gun along to defend himself, not an unreasonable action, given the circumstances. For this, he was shot to death. His death itself is tragic enough. More depressing is that it doesn't appear to have made any newspaper outside the state of Florida (though it does appear to have made cable news). Which suggests that this kind of thing isn't even much of an outrage anymore. It's nearly routine. ========================================================================= LAW AND ORDER All but one of the U.S. attorneys recently fired by the Justice Department had positive job reviews before they were dismissed, but many ran into political trouble with Washington over issues ranging from immigration to the death penalty, according to prosecutors, congressional aides and others familiar with the cases. Two months after the firings first began to make waves on Capitol Hill, it has also become clear that most of the prosecutors were overseeing significant public-corruption investigations at the time they were asked to leave. Four of the probes target Republican politicians or their supporters, prosecutors and other officials said. The legal system is being manipulated and no one notices, no one cares. Seems pretty dumb to me ================================================================ TROOPS Soldiers getting all the respect - bollocks Troops that apparently are supported, what about the body armour that was a scandol years ago but the dems didnt fight it. Or the humV's with inadequate protections. Your troops suffer from brain injuries, severed arms and legs, organ and back damage, and various degrees of post-traumatic stress and get little support from the army. 100 billion to go create more victims of the war, of course you know that the vet funding will be slashed. There doing a hard job right, we should respect them for there actions, what actions. Tell me one good news story and I will show you a hundred human rights crimes. And its not like we get the nasty stuff reported. Its covered up and then CNN covers an arrest or conviction years after the fact. Your nation respects torturers becuase they are protecting the homeland with no thought that it will inspire hatred. And then complain that people are anti american. your allies are dimissed and victims of tired, untrained, drug addled idiots with trigger fingers all to easily put to use. Ignoring court cases from aroudn the world, especially britain, sticking your fingers up at the allies forced upon you because blair convinced the fucks that lead us to put up with your shit. ================================================================ ANTI WAR Dixie chicks and michael moore labelled and besmirched for your mistakes, collectively the hate felt for protesters is beyond measure and the way they are treated reveals chronic ignorance. Forgetting the vietnam war is unforgiveable when you remind the entire world about it constantly with Iraq. People utilizing legitimate tactics like mormons or peace protesters are villifeid, arrested, intimidated and there is no voice. SPACE So starting a new arms war aint that bad? And if you are a history buff as I then you will be interested in things which are revealed years later. Like the US airforce drew up tentative plans to blow up the moon ================================================================ RESPECT I respect those who work in the system are absolutely no threat but to the essential belief systems of the collective dumb shits out there who would gladly see people die to preserve their way of life. Notes on getting angry about US state sponsored kidnapping

Today as I sign into my email account, I am confronted by what an unfathomably large media corporation—MSNBC—presents to me as news. What were the headlines? The Italian trial against dozens of CIA agents for the Bush administration’s rendition and torture policies? Perhaps the English labels on Iranian bombs? Or even the disturbing admission of some Texas state senators that they do not believe the earth revolves around the sun?

So we have 23 CIA agents wanted in Italy for kidnapping an Egyptian cleric, is this the Euro's mixing openly and freely with the islamofacist threat or is it governments already procesecuting other legit terrorists of an arab like nature.

Well heres some apparent bastards who watched jihadi videos all the time. stuff gets boring imo, I have seen that stuff, Ive been sent links of that stuff and its on the TV occasionally. They watched stuff to make them mad and then they wanted to bomb people, I dont mind that the suspects will have a rough time in prision.
